Manos uses a variety of Meditation techniques (sounds, visualisation, Buddhist and Tao systems of breathing), throughout all his areas of healing work, whether it is in a group or an individual setting.
Meditation is conscious relaxation and is part of the healing process. Being relaxed is the opposite of being stressed. Relaxing through meditation helps to slow the heart rate, lower blood pressure, relax muscles and stimulates the immune system.
By learning to be mindful and focussed it relieves the mind of clutter and busyness. This enables a more balanced approach in our thought processes and improves concentration, which will help efficiency at work and in studies.
