Wild Goose Qigong
This teaches people to breathe correctly. Most people shallow breath which deprives the body of oxygen, keeping you stressed and tense which can affect digestion, causing bloating, constipation and heartburn. However, the deep internal breathing exercises, postures and movements, relax the muscles of the abdomen and stimulate the digestive organs, relieving muscle tension throughout the body.
Qigong also encourages emotional well-being, bringing about a calmer, more balanced mind enabling people to cope with life’s stresses and strains. The classes also incorporate meditation.

Private Tuition
One to one tuition is available or private groups can be arranged upon request. Tuition can be from one hour through to a whole day.
