Rejuvenate Your Mind & Body for the Year ahead

 

Over the Xmas and New Year celebrations we tend to eat and drink far more than we do all year round. Our mind and physical body become distressed. Food and alcohol lying stagnant within our liver, spleen and stomach takes its toll gradually and we become sluggish and lethargic.

This workshop will enable you to energise your body, improve your digestion and kick start the lymphatic system to clear out toxins quicker and release stagnation. Improving the clarity of your mind will help you to motivate yourself for the goals you want to achieve for the year ahead. Through the process of elimination and detoxification, the benefits will be rapid and you will leave the workshop feeling energised & ready to embrace change.

  • Energise your body through gentle movements
  • Rhythmic breathing to co-ordinate with mindfulness will allow clarity
  • Kick start the lymphatic system
  • Motivate yourself and set goals or continue to achieve the one’s you set at the beginning of the year
  • Focus on the liver, spleen and stomach to move the energy and tonify the organs.
  • Meditation on goal setting for the year ahead for health & your personal life

Lunch break 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm.

Tea, coffee and other refreshments are provided but please bring your own light lunch. There are shops within walking distance.
